Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our business hours in regards to processing online orders are:- Orders will typically deliver between 2-7 business days from purchase date.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your purchase has shipped. Be sure to provide your accurate email and phone number during check out.
- Shipping cost will depend on the weight of your order.
- In the instance that your order will ship later than typical, we will send a follow-up email and let you know when it is expected to ship. During the holiday season, shipping times may vary, and orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. If you need your order quickly, please send us an email at camphill@apricotlaneusa.com and we will make every effort to accommodate where possible.
HOW DOES IN-STORE PICK UP WORK?
- Once we receive your order for in-store pickup, we will process it and send you an email letting you know it is available and ready for pickup. The majority of our items are available in-store and therefore we can process in-store pick-ups rather quickly. Curbside orders will typically be ready for pick up within 24 hours. All curbside orders are to be picked up within 30 days from your purchase date. If an order is not picked up within 30 days, the order will be restocked into the store inventory & subjected to a $5 restocking fee, and a store credit in the amount of the purchase will be issued to customer.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
- At this time, expedited and overnight shipping is not offered.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO'S?
- Yes! We ship USPS to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses--thank you for your service! We are not able to offer expedited shipment with these recipients, so please keep that in mind.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- At this time, we only ship to the Continental United States
CAN I USE MY APRICOT LANE GIFT CARD ONLINE?
- Unfortunately, at this time, we are not set up to accept physical gift cards purchased in-store on our website. We do offer E-Gift cards online that will be emailed to you and which are specific to the online store (cannot be used in-store). We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order is processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is our recommendation that you make an account with us so you can easily log in and keep track of your purchases.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
- If you find a mistake in the address you've given, please email us at camphill@apricotlaneusa.com immediately and we will attempt to correct the issue before we ship. We begin processing orders immediately, so please know that we will do our best to update your info, but if the item has already been packaged and shipped, there is nothing we can do. If you are using PayPal as a form of payment, please make sure your shipping info is up-to-date!

About Jillian
Throughout her career as an RN (a career which she still loves and remains active in) Jillian always felt the desire to become a small business owner. A clothing boutique felt like the perfect fit, as she is passionate about helping women of all ages feel confident and beautiful, in addition to her lifelong love of fashion. Making genuine connections with other local business owners and with the amazing women who shop in the store has been her absolute favorite part of this new career. She also loves the opportunity it gives her to give back to the community that has welcomed her business baby so warmly. And now, with the ability to share her passion project (a.k.a. mid-life crisis) online, she can't wait for what's in store in this next chapter of Apricot Lane Camp Hill. 💖
We're the Tompkins
While Jillian is certainly the face of ALB Camp Hill, Brian is both her co-owner in business and her co-pilot in life. We make all of our decisions together, and Jillian could not operate the boutique without Brian's unwaivering support behind the scenes. He is her rock, her love, and her best friend.
We're PA natives, Penn State grads, and parents to two amazing boys. When Jillian isn't running the store, you can find her working as an RN at a local hospital, taking trips with the family, or (her favorite) watching the boys play sports. Brian works in disruptive medical device sales and in his free time he is an avid cross-fitter who enjoys casting a line, shooting his bow, and watching Philadelphia & Penn State sports. 🦅🏈
