We hope you love your purchase! But just in case, here are our return policies.

Please note: gift cards from our physical store do not work on the website 
and online gift cards do not work in store

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

To request an online return, you will need to log in or create a customer account here.
  • Online returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order.
    (7 day window begins the day tracking shows the order's status as delivered) 
    • Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
  • Online exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order. If an exchange is initiated within 14 days but the item is no longer available, store credit will be offered.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn & unwashed, with original tags attached, and your receipt must be returned along with the items. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the item. Please note you may need to provide photos if item arrives damaged.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your return total, except in cases of shipping error or damaged items. 
  • All pre-orders, accessories, jewelry, intimates (including bodysuits), special occasion apparel, and sale items are final sale.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted outside the 7-14 day window or without tags attached.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

  • In-store returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with receipt and original tags attached, item unworn & unwashed, in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based othe condition of the item.

About Jillian

Throughout her career as an RN (a career which she still loves and remains active in) Jillian always felt the desire to become a small business owner. A clothing boutique felt like the perfect fit, as she is passionate about helping women of all ages feel confident and beautiful, in addition to her lifelong love of fashion. Making genuine connections with other local business owners and with the amazing women who shop in the store has been her absolute favorite part of this new career. She also loves the opportunity it gives her to give back to the community that has welcomed her business baby so warmly. And now, with the ability to share her passion project (a.k.a. mid-life crisis) online, she can't wait for what's in store in this next chapter of Apricot Lane Camp Hill. 💖

We're the Tompkins

While Jillian is certainly the face of ALB Camp Hill, Brian is both her co-owner in business and her co-pilot in life. We make all of our decisions together, and Jillian could not operate the boutique without Brian's unwaivering support behind the scenes. He is her rock, her love, and her best friend.

We're PA natives, Penn State grads, and parents to two amazing boys. When Jillian isn't running the store, you can find her working as an RN at a local hospital, taking trips with the family, or (her favorite) watching the boys play sports. Brian works in disruptive medical device sales and in his free time he is an avid cross-fitter who enjoys casting a line, shooting his bow, and watching Philadelphia & Penn State sports. 🦅🏈
